In our Tema Core Laboratory, the following 
analyses are conducted for every production lot to ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and food safety:

Microbiological Analysis

  • Total Viable Count (TVC)

  • Yeast & Mold

  • Salmonella spp.

  • Escherichia coli (E. coli)

Physical & Chemical Analyses

  • Moisture Determination

Food Safety
